Auditors

External auditors are appointed by the Annual General Meeting for the period until the next AGM. The auditors are tasked with examining the annual accounts, consolidated accounts and bookkeeping as well as the administration performed by the Board and the Chief Executive Officer.

The 2023 Annual General Meeting elected KPMG AB to serve as auditor for one year.
